The camouflaged Breast Plates are inspired by fashion and protection. I like that they are made of hardware and newspaper as well as plaster gauze, which is the material that was used to make orthopedic casts when I was young. I also like that the screws, tacks or nails reinforce the protective illusion but come through the shell making it actually harmful to wear.
