Shields

     

The Shields are all from 2014.  They are made with plaster gauze, newspaper, gesso and graphite.  The large Shields, at approximately 26 inches, have grosgrain ribbon handles and are “upholstered” with newpaper or soft pink or pastel fabrics on the verso.  The small Shields are blank on the back and are about 10 1/2 inches.
